July 2013 - New Shareholders and increased share capital
A team of new shareholders invested in the company and increased the share capital from Euro 20.000,00 to Euro 70.000,00.
New shareholders reorganized the company with focus on Procurement and supply chain operational support, outsourcing services and management consulting services.
The company now is also able to operate internationally, thanks to new resourse and new partners.
These facts permitted to VPS to acquire new customers, mainly in the services industry.
