July 2014 - New Shareholders and increased share capital
A new shareholders, the company named TesiSquare (TESI S.p.A.) invested in the company and increased the share capital from Euro 70.000,00 to Euro 82.352,00.
New shareholders exploited the potential opportunited arised from the VPS activities with focus on Procurement and supply chain operational support, outsourcing services and management consulting services and TesiSquare capabilities to provide innovative IT solutions for procurement, supply chain and transportation.
Thanks to new Partners, the company now is also able to operate internationally.
