Increased the Share Capital
The shareholders furtherly invested in the company and increased the share capital from Euro 82.352,00 to Euro 100.000,00.
Shareholders decided to invest to exploit new potential opportunities. In particular VPS is launching the managed services of vendor Qualification and Vendor Management. This arised from the VPS activities with focus on Procurement and supply chain operational support, outsourcing services and management consulting services and TesiSquare capabilities to provide innovative IT solutions for procurement, supply chain and transportation.
Thanks to new Partners, the company now is also able to operate internationally.
