M.B.A. (Management of Businesses Advisors sas) is a management consulting firm that works in the field of Operations. The company was formed in 2010 and was founded by the collaboration of senior professionals that after working for years as Manager of Companies in the area of Operations (Production, Purchasing, Quality) have decided to provide their experience to their Customers for contributing to the improvement of their profitability.

TesiSquare (TESI S.p.A.) is founded in Bra (Cuneo) in 1995 by 4 partners who are enthusiastic and keen on their work. The company is set up as many others do, but it grows as only few do. Since 1995, it achieves ongoing growth in terms of turnover, products, innovation and people and today it boasts about 200 employees and 20M turnover.

Fante is a Financial Group that provides financial and industrial consulting services.  In particular it supports its Customers for M&A as well as Wealth Advisory prokects.

Fante was created in 2008 by a collaboration between Mr. Roberto Testore (ex CEO Fiat Auto, Finmeccanica and Trenitalia), Mr. Paolo Fassio (ex Head of Products in UBS Italy) and Mr. Gregoire Notz (Notz & Stucki Asset Management Partner, Geneve).
