April 5th, 2017 – New shareholder
On April 5th, 2017, Tesi s.r.l. become a shareholder of Value Purchasing Solutions s.r.l.
TESI srl was founded in the mid-80s in the heart of the technological district of Ivrea as an IT consulting and service company specialized in IT training and documentation. Over time it expanded the range of services, in line with the evolving needs of the market to to become a long term reliable partner for its customers.
TESI offers services, solutions and consulting services for the outsourced management of the accounting and administrative processes ( Business Process Outsourcing), in order to ensure its customers: (i) flexibility; (Ii) competitive costs; (Iii) qualified and motivated people and (iv) team management skills.
Tesi s.r.l. joins to the group already formed by V.P.S. s.r.l. and TesiSquare (Tesi S.p.A.), to integrate the basket of services that the group is able to offer to its customers. The three companies aggregated turnover is more than 30 million Euro per year.
